Westwinds Development and Management Inc. is a privately owned Calgary real estate investment, development, and management firm. Founded in 2006, we began with building and managing our own commercial offices in North East Calgary.
Our portfolio has grown to include projects that range in scope from Springbank Estate homes to two 40,000 sq ft strip malls. We have built over 20 homes in Airdrie in a joint venture with Rocky View County. We also have in-progress subdivisions including Langdon Meadows, Sharp Hill East Butte Hills, and The Bridge Industrial Park (Range Road 285 and McKnight Blvd).
